在对不同钼尾矿粉的需水量比及活性测试的基础上,研究了钼尾矿粉对混凝土工作性能、力学性能及耐久性的影响。结果表明,当钼尾矿粉比表面积为547m~2/kg时性能最好。在混凝土中替代水泥量不大于10%的条件下,可以改善混凝土工作性,提高混凝土的强度,同时不影响混凝土的抗碳化、抗冻融性能。但随着磨细钼尾矿替代量的继续增加,混凝土的各项性能明显变差。
Based on the test of water requirement and activity of different molybdenum tailings, the effect of molybdenum tailings on the performance, mechanical properties and durability of concrete was studied. The results show that the best performance is obtained when the specific surface area of molybdenum tailings powder is 547m ~ 2 / kg. Under the condition that the amount of replacement cement in concrete is less than 10%, the workability of concrete can be improved and the strength of concrete can be improved without affecting the anti-carbonation and anti-freeze-thaw properties of concrete. However, as the replacement amount of ground molybdenum tailings continues to increase, the performance of concrete deteriorates significantly.
