本文以数学模型和实验为手段,研究了在不同操作参数的条件下,辐射管壁面温度和管内气体温度的分布状况及变化规律。实验表明,理论计算值与实验结果吻合较好,可以用本文结果指导辐射管的现场操作,以延长辐射管的使用寿命.提高辐射管对带钢的加热质量。
In this paper, mathematical models and experiments as a means to study the distribution of the tube wall temperature and tube gas temperature under different operating conditions and changes in the law.
