老龄化已经成为一个严峻的社会问题,军休干部的养老问题也逐年成为关注的焦点。在本文中,笔者采用社会工作个案法、访谈法对南京市半山园干休所的军休干部的养老以及军休干部目前存在的困境进行了研究,并对典型个案进行了介入,来帮助案主尽快摆脱困境,使其生活回归正轨。为了有效提高了理论与实务在实际操作中的匹配度,笔者在介入军休老干部的过程中充分运用社会工作的理论与方法,把社会工作的服务方法真正运用到对军休干部的实践中去。
Aging has become a serious social problem and the issue of pension for the military retired cadres has also become the focus of attention each year.
