对医院药学工作的内涵进行了论述。将医院药师的职能分为供应保障职能、临床药学服务职能及监督管理职能；通过30家三级医院500名药师工作状况调查，拟定了医院药师业务评估表，用以量化药师工作及其发挥作用的程度；并对药师在医院的地位与发挥作用之间的关系进行了探讨。
The connotation of hospital pharmacy work was discussed.
