In the long history of mankind, cultural values center has always been regarded as the mainstream values of all human groups on earth, and plays both good and evil roles in the survival and development of mankind. In the modern history of mankind since the 19th century, though various values of the center of values still prevail in all human cultural groups in the world, the system of specific cultural values most influential to the living conditions of all mankind is the self-centered value of European culture - This is the view of the European Center for Value based on the one-line theory of evolution. This practice of values enshrined in the banner of “Science” for nearly a hundred years has led to the largest colonialization and expansion in the history of mankind and the enslavement of the nation, the coolest world war and the loss of human lives and property. The fierce fire of blame can be seen throughout history of mankind. Therefore, since the beginning of the twentieth century, the view of cultural value center has been questioned and falsified more and more from the aspects of facts and theories. As a result, the social influence of this value has gradually diminished, The cultural values of groups have their own basis, incomparable, equality and mutual respect - that is, the relative view of cultural values. After decades of knowledge accumulation and falsification, the relative value of cultural values has not only become the ethical guideline in the academic study of humanities, but also has become the world’s national and national, national and ethnic groups, cultural groups and cultural groups Common behavior between the norms.
