通过对废EMC粉/PVC共混体系转矩流变曲线的分析,研究加工助剂、抗冲改性剂和不同润滑剂种类及配比对其流变行为的影响。结果表明:加工助剂ACR-401主要在塑化初期促进PVC塑化;抗冲改性剂CPE-135A在缩短PVC塑化时间的同时,能提高材料的冲击强度,但也使材料的拉伸强度降低。润滑剂使共混体系的黏度降低,能改善PVC熔体流动性;废EMC粉对润滑剂有吸附性,从而削弱了各类润滑剂的内外润滑作用;当CaSt2和石蜡等量配比加入时,材料耐冲击性能最好。
Through the analysis of the torque curve of the EMC powder / PVC blends, the effects of processing aids, impact modifiers and different lubricants on their rheological behavior were studied. The results showed that the processing aid ACR-401 mainly promoted the plasticization of PVC at the initial stage of plasticization. The impact modifier CPE-135A could shorten the plasticizing time of PVC and improve the impact strength of the material, Reduced strength. Lubricant reduces the viscosity of the blend system and improves the melt flow of PVC melt. Waste EMC powder has adsorptivity to lubricants, which weakens the lubrication both inside and outside of lubricants. When CaSt2 and paraffin are added in equal proportion , The best material impact resistance.
