少先队干部是少先队集体的管者,是队活动的组织者,是少先队员的服务者,发挥着凝聚周围队员,带动队集体,模范表率,协助辅导员的重要作用。2000年,团中央、教育部、全国少工委联合下发了《关于做好少先队干部任职工作的通知》(中青联发[2000]35号),要求广泛设置队干部服务岗位,最大限度地为队员们创造参与实践的机会,提供锻炼成才的舞台;充分调动队员们担任队干部的积极性,使队的组织真正成为全体队员
The Young Pioneers cadres are the collective pioneers of the Pioneer Corps. They are the organizers of the team’s activities and the service providers of the Pioneers.
