目的了解2010年上海市宝山区的德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯、残杀威和高效氯氰菊酯的抗药性,以便科学合理使用杀虫剂。方法药膜接触法。结果上海市宝山区现场品系德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯、残杀威、高效氯氰菊酯的KT50分别为48.86、25.39、34.79 min,其抗性系数分别是敏感品系德国小蠊的9.18、1.83、6.09倍。结论上海市宝山区现场品系德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯已产生抗药性,对残杀威尚处敏感水平。
Objective To understand the resistance of Blattella germanica to deltamethrin, propoxur and beta-cypermethrin in Baoshan District, Shanghai in 2010 so as to make scientific and rational use of insecticides. Membrane contact method. Results The KT50 of deltamethrin, propoxur and beta-cypermethrin were 48.86, 25.39 and 34.79 min respectively in the field strains of Baoshan District in Shanghai, and their resistance coefficients were 9.18, 1.83 and 6.09 times that of the susceptible strain Blattella germanica . Conclusion The locusts of Baoshan District, Shanghai, Germany have resistance to deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin, and they are sensitive to propoxur.
