近几年,欧盟各国国家邮政运营商纷纷针对企业客户拓展业务范围,丰富了邮政业务产品并形成了多种定价模式,在带来市场竞争的同时,也为企业客户提供了更多选择。企业客户依据预分拣、业务量以及寄达地等不同标准享受不同邮资折扣。服务范围由单一服务类型拓展至多种服务类型(含定日递在内的不同投递时限的投递服务),邮政运营商和邮寄商店等开始提供上游及整合服务。电子通信及印刷领域的技术进步推动了混合邮件业务的发展。
In recent years, the national postal operators of European Union countries have all expanded their business scopes for enterprise customers, enriched the postal service products and formed a variety of pricing models, which brought more choices to corporate clients while bringing about market competition. Business customers enjoy different postage discounts based on different criteria such as pre-sorting, volume of business, and place of destination. Services ranged from single service type to multiple service types (delivery service with different delivery deadlines including fixed-day delivery), postal operators and mail-order stores began to provide upstream and integrated services. Technological advances in electronic communications and printing are driving the growth of hybrid mail services.
