输变电工程物理效益识别和量化是项目规划设计的经济评价和后评价工程效益分析的重要内容。针对各类输电工程的特点及其在电网中的地位和作用,分别进行了相关的物理效益识别。结合输变电工程具有的网络性特点,采用电力系统平衡分析等方法,以工程项目所在电网为研究对象,对不同工程的主要物理效益的量化计算方法进行了探讨。
The identification and quantification of the physical benefits of power transmission and transformation project are the important contents of the economic evaluation and post-evaluation engineering benefit analysis of project planning and design. According to the characteristics of all kinds of transmission projects and their status and role in the power grid, relevant physical benefits are respectively identified. Combined with the network characteristics of power transmission and transformation projects, the power system balance analysis and other methods are used to study the quantitative calculation method of the main physical benefits of different projects with the power grid of the project as the research object.
