文章从系统结构、硬件组成、网络构造及软件设计等对油田计量数据采集及监控系统进行研究。选取PLCWAT05对油田的油、气、水三相分离器的压力、流量、温度等数据进行采集、处理、存储。上位机通过串行接口与PLC进行通信,通过组态软件编制组态界面以实现工业控制计算机现场实时数据的监视、预警及对PLC运行参数的整定。同时,阐述通过以太网和MODBUS通信协议标准实现系统设备间的数据传输与交换方法。
The article researches oil field measurement data acquisition and monitoring system from system structure, hardware composition, network structure and software design. Select PLCWAT05 of oil, gas, water three-phase separator pressure, flow, temperature and other data collection, processing, storage. The host computer communicates with the PLC through the serial interface, through the configuration software compiles the configuration interface to realize the real-time data monitoring, early warning and PLC operation parameter setting of the industrial control computer.
