一、顽固性眉棱骨痛,头痛证李××、本厂职工、女、年近四旬。于一九八六年十月七日起就诊。患者三年来眉棱骨痛,头痛。痛时恶心欲呕,冷汗淋漓。症见口苦咽干,大便粘稠,牙龈疼痛,鼻内有小疖子,肢节疼痛。诊右脉弦长,左脉寸小滑关细。舌苔白腻质淡红夹青。证属:气机不畅,阳明经风热。法当调理气机,祛阳明经风热。处方:温胆汤加味以治。法夏10克、竹茹1团、枳实10克、陈皮10克、茯苓15克、苏梗10克、白芷10克、川芎10克、佛手10克、吴芋3克、荷顶3个、甘草6克、加减:口干咽痛加花粉10克、寸冬10克、枇杷叶10克、减吴芋;肢痛加威灵仙10克;腹胀加大腹皮10克;牙龈痛加升麻减吴芋。共诊六次,服药计十二剂。棱眉痛,头痛证
