测定微量水的准确度取决于两个主要因素。第一是与多孔聚合物的吸附性质有关。在正常分析条件下,色谱柱内已经吸附了相当数量的水分,在样品基体成分是非极性化合物时,被吸附的水分不干扰样品中的水分测定,但在样品成分是极性化合物时,被吸附的一定数量的水就应做为假峰(Virtual Peak)看待。该假蜂同第一个流出来的极性化合物同时流出。第二个因素是同载气中的水分含量有关。为保证有稳定的分析性能,应对载气水含量加以控制,其水含量大小由所要求的样品空白值来确定。
