本试验对7075合金搅拌摩擦焊焊件与非焊件进行了180℃不同保温时长的时效处理与时效成形处理,并对处理后工件进行了拉伸力学性能测试,研究了工件回弹率、抗拉强度与伸长率变化规律,总结了搅拌摩擦焊工艺对工件时效成形回弹率与拉伸性能影响以及不同热处理工艺对焊件拉伸性能变化的影响。研究发现,焊件回弹率、抗拉强度以及伸长率均低于同等处理工艺非焊件。这对实际生产有着一定的指导意义。
In this experiment, 7075 alloy friction stir welded and non-welded parts were aged at 180 ℃ for different duration of aging and aging forming treatments. The tensile properties of the treated workpieces were tested. The effects of springback rate, The influence of friction stir welding process on the rate of springback and tensile property of the workpiece and the effect of different heat treatment on the tensile properties of the weldment were summarized. The study found that the rebound rate, tensile strength and elongation are lower than the same treatment process non-weldment. This has some guiding significance for actual production.
