一、Q95-160吨钢坯剪断机我厂自行设计制造成功的Q95-160吨钢坯剪断机(见图1),采用了能承受高负荷的圆弧点啮合齿轮传动,不仅减少了机床外形尺寸,而且节约了金属材料,从而减轻了机器的重量。本机床是钢铁厂、轧钢车间的重要机械设备之一,而且也可供一般的冶金、矿山、机修等厂用于热剪和冷剪各种扁、圆、方、角等钢材,最大剪切力为160吨。如经剪切截面换算以后,总的剪切力不超过160吨时,则可以将数根钢材同时进行剪切。
