本文针对“新三基”背景之下我区化学教师信念现状和影响因素等进行系统调查研究,通过问卷调查、访谈等方式,深入调查我区中学化学教师队伍现状,为促使我区化学教师适应新课改提供指导。
In this paper, a systematic investigation is made on the current situation and influential factors of chemistry teachers in our district under the background of “New Sanyi”. Through questionnaires and interviews, the status quo of middle school chemistry teachers in our district is investigated in depth. Teachers to adapt to the new lesson to provide guidance.
