以江苏省农科院育成的3个半糯粳稻新品种(系)为材料,研究了不同施氮量对半糯粳稻产量和品质的影响。结果表明:1各产量构成因素在品种(系)和施氮水平间差异显著。‘G7012’,‘G7020’产量随施氮量增加而增加,‘南粳9108’的产量呈现先增加,后降低的趋势,且在施氮量300 kg/hm2时,产量最高。2垩白率和垩白度在品种(系)和施氮水平间差异显著,且随着施氮量的增加而降低。3糙米率、精米率和整精米率在品种(系)和施氮水平间差异显著,且随施氮量的增加而增加。4直链淀粉含量随施氮量的增加而降低,但各处理间无显著性差异;糊化温度随施氮量的增加而增加。5随着施氮量增加,峰值粘度逐渐下降,消减值逐渐升高,热浆粘度、最终粘度、崩解值、回复值和峰值时间变化无明显规律。
The effects of different nitrogen rates on the yield and quality of semi-waxy japonica rice were studied using three new semi-waxy japonica rice varieties bred from Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The results showed that: 1 The yield components of different varieties (lines) and nitrogen levels significantly different. The yield of ’G7012’ and ’G7020’ increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate. The yield of ’Nanjing Japonica 9108’ firstly increased and then decreased, and the yield was the highest when the nitrogen application rate was 300 kg / hm2. 2 Chalkiness and chalkiness were significantly different among varieties (lines) and N application rates, and decreased with the increase of N rates. 3 Brown rice rate, milled rice rate and milled rice rate were significantly different among varieties (lines) and N application rates, and increased with the increase of N rates. 4 Amylose content decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate, but there was no significant difference among treatments; gelatinization temperature increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate. 5 With the increase of nitrogen application, the peak viscosity gradually decreased and the decrement gradually increased. There was no obvious regularity in the change of viscosity, final viscosity, disintegration value, recovery value and peak time of hot slurry.
