研究了用复合铸造和加压凝固法制备的SiCp/2A14Al复合材料的挤压性能,并利用热挤压工艺得到了复合型材和棒材,分析了挤压过程中三类挤压裂纹产生的原因及控制方法。SiCp/2A14Al复合材料具有很好的挤压加工性能,但挤压工艺参数的合理选择对复合材料的质量有很大的影响。
The extrusion properties of SiCp / 2A14Al composites prepared by compound casting and compression-solidification were studied. The composite profiles and rods were obtained by hot extrusion. The causes of three kinds of extrusion cracks were analyzed And control methods. SiCp / 2A14Al composites have good extrusion processability, but the reasonable choice of extrusion process parameters have a great impact on the quality of the composites.
