抗美援朝战争战局控制的实践及其经验至今仍具有较大的启示意义。扎实的作战准备是战局控制的基础和前提;恰当地确定及调整战争目的是战局控制的关键;扬长避短是掌握战局控制主导权的决定因素;把握国际战略格局中的积极因素是战局控制的重要要求。
The practice of controlling the war situation in the war against ame-aid and the aid of the kuwait and its experience so far still have great enlightenment. A solid operational preparation is the basis and premise for the control of the war situation; the proper determination and adjustment of the purpose of the war is the key to the control of the war; the improvement of the strengths and weaknesses is the determining factor for mastery of the dominance of the war control; and the positive factor in grasping the strategic situation in the world is an important requirement for war control .
