目的:建立作业场所空气中锑的微波消解—原子荧光光谱测定方法。方法:对微波消解样品条件以及原子荧光光谱法测定锑的各参数条件进行研究。结果:在最佳测试条件下,方法检出限为0.06μg/L,最低检出浓度为0.02 mg/m3(以采集75 L空气样品计),测定相对标准偏差为0.3%~0.6%,样品加标回收率为99.5%~104.3%。结论:方法具有快速准确、灵敏度高、精密度好等优点,用于作业场所空气中锑的测定,结果满意。
Objective: To establish a microwave digestion - atomic fluorescence spectrometry method for the determination of antimony in workplace air. Methods: The conditions of microwave digestion of samples and the determination of antimony parameters by atomic fluorescence spectrometry were studied. Results: Under the optimal conditions, the detection limit was 0.06 μg / L and the minimum detectable concentration was 0.02 mg / m3 (75 L air sample was collected). The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.3% ~ 0.6% Spike recovery was 99.5% ~ 104.3%. Conclusion: The method has the advantages of fast and accurate, high sensitivity and good precision. It is used in the determination of antimony in the air of workplace and the result is satisfactory.
