鸦胆子油乳对H_(22)腹水型肝癌细胞生长有显著抑制作用。本组癌细胞存活30.8%、阴性对照组癌细胞存活93.7%,两组比较有非常显著差异P0.01。血液白细胞,血小板本组与空白组数据相近,与阴性对照组比较差异非常显著P<0.01。
Brucea javanica oil oil had a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of H_(22) ascites hepatoma cells. The survival rate of cancer cells was 30.8% in this group and 93.7% in the negative control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). The blood leukocytes and platelets were similar in this group and the blank group, and there was a significant difference (P<0.01) compared with the negative control group.
