超声心动图可定量测定心腔的大小和观察各瓣膜的活动情况,鉴别在X光下所见到的组织结构,特别与心音图同时记录可较精确地反映心音产生的机理。各项无创伤性检查技术必须和临床资料,尤其是心脏听诊紧密结合,才具有正确诊断的价值。超声心音图的技术超声心动图检查需要临床和熟练的技术相结合,在观察中应改变手法与方向,以达到所要求的清晰的图形。在儿童由于胸壁狭小, 可使超声与心音两者探头的位置发生矛盾。满意的技术是超声心动图记录的必要条件。近来,我们应用改良的Irex记录仪,可同时使用二个超声探头,这样能同时看到心腔中
