财政部会计事务管理司于2月28日至3月3日在北京召开了由各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅、局会计事务管理处处长参加的全国会计工作座谈会。会议的主要议题,一是在总结1989年会计事务管理工作的基础上,部署今年的工作,二是研究筹备开好全国会计工作会议暨首届全国先进财会集体和先进会计工作者表彰大会问题。财政部副部长刘仲藜到会并作了重要讲话。他在讲话中指出,党的十三届五中全会作出了进一步治理整顿和深化改革的决定,提出
The Accounting Administration Department of the Ministry of Finance convened a national accounting seminar in Beijing from February 28 to March 3 in Beijing with the participation of the Finance Bureau of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the director of Accounting Affairs Management Office. The main topics for the conference include first, laying the foundation for this year’s work on the basis of summing up the management of accounting affairs in 1989; and second, studying the preparations for opening a good job in the national accounting work conference and the first congress of collectives and advanced accounting workers of the nation’s advanced financial accounting collectives. Liu Zhongli, Vice Minister of Finance, attended the meeting and made an important speech. In his speech, he pointed out: The Fifth Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee has made the decision to further govern, rectify and deepen the reform.
