现代心肺复苏术的确立,迄今已33个年头了。心肺复苏的重要意义,自不待言。而要获得实效,则必须要有足够多的人群掌握心肺复苏术,关键在于普及。而我国则刚刚起步,因此,本人提出“中国心肺复苏术普及培训工程”这一蓝图,并吁请各地加紧实施。一、目的:对我国广大成年群众普及心肺复苏术的知识和操作技术,以便必要时在事故现场对猝死病员施行及时、正确、有效的心肺复苏术,以为后续抢救打下良好的基础,抢救更多病员的生命。
