贵州少数民族女性教育关系到贵州甚至是全国的经济发展和社会稳定,但是贵州民族女性与男性相比,其受教育权没有得到很好的保护。文章从夸美纽斯提出的“一切知识教给一切人”的泛智教育思想入手,分析贵州民族女性教育现状:经济滞后、民族女性双语教师紧缺等严重影响少数民族女性教育。从提高该民族地区经济发展水平、加快培养民族女性双语教师的步伐等方面着手,以此提升该民族地区的教育质量,保护民族女性受教育的权利,提高民族女性的教育水平。
Guizhou ethnic minority women’s education is related to the economic development and social stability of Guizhou and even the whole country. However, Guizhou ethnic women are not well protected by their rights to education as compared with men. The article starts from the idea of pan-intellectual education Courminius proposed in his teaching of “All Knowledge to All,” and analyzes the status quo of Guizhou’s ethnic female education: the economic lag and the shortage of bilingual teachers of ethnic women have seriously affected the education of ethnic minority women. From the aspects of improving the level of economic development in ethnic minority areas and speeding up the training of bilingual teachers of ethnic women, the quality of education in ethnic minority areas is improved, the rights of female students in education are protected, and the education level of ethnic women is raised.
