充填系统试运行期间各采场充填配合比变化非常大,如何准确掌握井下各采场充填体强度对相邻采场开采的安全至关重要。采用L25(56)正交试验,开展25组充填配合比室内试验,测得了各配合比不同龄期充填体强度值,采用EXCEL及SPSS相结合的方法,推导出了充填体强度与料浆体积分数、水泥掺量、人工砂尾砂比的回归方程;根据136个充填配合比室内实验充填体强度值与实际生产测定值的统计,获得了两者之间的强度折减系数。采用上述回归方程及强度折减系数,计算出了充填系统试运行期间200余条不同充填配合比进路的充填体强度值。
During the trial operation of filling system, the mix proportion of each stope has a very big change. How to accurately understand the strength of the filling body in each stope is crucial to the safety of the adjacent stope mining. L25 (56) orthogonal test was used to carry out 25 groups of filling and mixing ratio laboratory tests. The strength values of filling body at different mixing ages were measured. The combination of EXCEL and SPSS was used to deduce the relationship between the strength of filling body and the volume of slurry The regression equation between cement content and cement-tail sand ratio was obtained. Based on the statistics of 136 experimental filling bodies with filling-mixing ratio and the measured value of actual production, the strength reduction coefficient was obtained. Using the above regression equation and strength reduction coefficient, the filling body strength values of more than 200 different filling proportioning ways during the trial operation of the filling system were calculated.
