介绍用于射频制导导弹故障自动诊断系统的框架设计,列举了导弹故障模式种类,根据导弹综合测试与故障诊断的特点,遵循推理知识、测试知识和排故知识这样一种新的专家系统的分类方法,论述该系统的诊断原理及实现方法,阐述系统故障诊断功能工程化的特点及采用的关键技术。该系统已成功实现了对导弹电气故障的自动诊断。运行结果表明,该系统自动化程度高,诊断有效,操作使用方便,是一种新一代的导弹维护测试诊断系统。
This paper introduces the frame design of automatic fault diagnosis system for radio frequency guidance missile and lists the types of missile fault modes. According to the characteristics of missile comprehensive test and fault diagnosis, it follows the classification of a new expert system which is based on reasoning knowledge, testing knowledge and troubleshooting knowledge Method, discusses the diagnostic principle of the system and its realization method, elaborates the system fault diagnosis function engineering characteristics and the key technologies. The system has successfully achieved the automatic diagnosis of missile electrical faults. The running results show that this system has a high degree of automation, effective diagnosis and convenient operation. It is a new generation of missile maintenance testing and diagnosis system.
