1.容器塞的特性低碳钢储运罐上经常安装有高密度聚乙烯塞。其作用是:防偷窃、防干扰,便于灌装,提供理想的封口。容器塞的组合件包括底座、螺纹盖及灌装嘴。图1所示,底座进入容器口,由d支撑的e部形成密封面。当拧入时,容器口被完全密封。为了打开储运罐,塞帽从螺纹c处拧松,用力拉环a,盖b被撕裂离开底座。这是很容易的事,因为f处的壁厚仅0.15mm。然后抽出灌装嘴插入底座,灌入所需要的液体,然后再用螺纹盖盖紧。
1. Characteristics of the container stopper Low-carbon steel storage tank often have a high-density polyethylene plug. In order to open the storage tank, the plug cap is unscrewed from the thread c, pull hard on the ring a, and the cover b is torn away from the base. This is easy, because the wall thickness at f is only 0.15mm. Then pull the filling nozzle into the base, fill in the required liquid, and then use the screw cap tightly.
