开始好象是理想化一些,其实慢慢向这个方向努力,便真正达到了的一定效果。近几年我校教学质量不断提高,这得益于我校扎实推进的课堂教学改革。我们认识到:课堂是师生共同创造奇迹,唤醒各自沉睡潜能的空间;离开课堂抓某一项工作,其效果、效率、效益都会大打折扣;离开课堂的校本教研、专业发展、素质教育、养成教育等只能是事倍功半。要实现学校的跨越式发展,走出一条适合本校特色的赶超之路,就必须聚焦课堂,决战课堂。
