前牙外伤性冠根联合斜折通常采用拔除断冠、根管治疗.我们采用粘结技术加根管钉固位治疗取得较满意效果.1 临床资料20人24个患牙,男12人14个患牙,女8人10个患牙,年龄15~36岁,上中切牙21个,侧切牙2个,下中切牙1个,均为外伤(撞伤、碰伤、拳击伤)所致冠根联合斜折,唇侧折线位于龈上,腭侧折线位于龈下,断冠无缺损并有腭侧牙龈相连而未脱落.断冠松Ⅰ°~Ⅲ°不等.唇侧折线分离0.5 mm~1.5mm,折线部渗血.患者均在伤后1~3天内就诊.X线牙片示根尖周无异常,牙槽骨无明显吸收,无牙槽骨骨折.局麻下手法将断冠复位,应用酸蚀粘接技术,将患牙用E_(13)树酯和两边邻牙粘结固位,常规开髓拔髓,一次完成去髓术.牙周冲洗,上碘甘
