随着小学新课程改革的不断深化,我国教育事业获得了较大的发展。随之而来的是,人们对教学质量的要求也越来越高。而在一定程度上,学校管理工作直接决定了教育的质量。目标管理是一种现代管理模式,将其应用到学校管理工作中,既能进一步完善学校管理工作,又能有效的提高教育质量。因此,对目标管理各功能在学校管理工作中的应用进行探讨已成为当前研究的重要课题之一。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of the new curriculum in primary schools, the education in our country has gained a greater development. What follows is that people’s requirements for teaching quality are also getting higher and higher. To a certain extent, the school management directly determines the quality of education. Goal management is a modern management mode, which will be applied to school management work, both to further improve school management, but also effectively improve the quality of education. Therefore, it has become one of the important topics in the current research to explore the application of each function of goal management in school management.
