目的评价水痘疫苗在我国托幼、中小学等集体机构内突发水痘疫情时的保护效果,为降低及控制集体机构水痘疫情提供科学依据。方法对2000-2010年公开发表的国内学校和托幼机构水痘疫情流行病学调查的文献进行检索,按纳入与排除标准选择相符文献进行M eta分析。根据各文献流行病学调查结果的一致性程度,采用固定或随机效应模型评估水痘疫苗的保护效果。结果共检索到符合标准的8篇文献,7 261名调查对象,8次调查对象的水痘疫苗接种率从18.31%~73.91%不等。随机效应模型的合并效应量RR合并=0.45(95%CI=0.30~0.67),水痘疫苗保护率PR为55%(95%CI=33%~70%)。结论托幼、中小学等集体机构在突发水痘疫情时,水痘疫苗可起到一定的保护效果。
Objective To evaluate the protective effect of varicella vaccine in the outbreak of chickenpox in our collectives such as nurseries, primary and secondary schools in our country and provide a scientific basis for reducing and controlling the epidemic situation of chicken pox in collective institutions. Methods Publicly published literature on the epidemiological survey of chickenpox epidemics in schools and nurseries in China from 2000 to 2010 was searched and Méta analysis was conducted according to the literature of inclusion and exclusion criteria. Based on the concordance of the epidemiological findings in the literature, the protective effect of the varicella vaccine was evaluated using a fixed or random effect model. Results A total of 8 literatures were retrieved and 7 261 subjects were surveyed. The varicella vaccination rates of 8 subjects ranged from 18.31% to 73.91%. The combined effect of random effects model RR combination = 0.45 (95% CI = 0.30 ~ 0.67), varicella vaccine PR was 55% (95% CI = 33% ~ 70%). Conclusions The chickenpox vaccine can play a protective role in nurseries, primary and secondary schools and other collective organizations in the event of a chickenpox epidemic.
