介绍了合成生物柴油的组成,并将1~#、2~#合成生物柴油与0~#柴油在5种不同的工况条件下,分别进行了污染物排放特性的对比试验。结果表明,与0~#柴油相比,在相同的工况条件下,使用合成生物柴油排放的尾气中污染物平均降低程度为:CO14.33%、HC7%、NO_x19.4%、PM37.6%。分析了使用合成生物柴油排放尾气中污染物下降的因素,并确认柴油-水-生物质能添加剂混合而成的合成生物柴油是今后柴油机代用燃料的发展趋势。
The composition of the synthetic biodiesel was introduced. The comparative experiments of the pollutant emission characteristics of 1 ~ #, 2 ~ # synthetic biodiesel and 0 ~ # diesel oil under five different working conditions were carried out respectively. The results showed that the average reduction degree of pollutants in tail gas discharged from synthetic biodiesel under the same operating conditions was: CO 14.33%, HC 7%, NO x 19.4% and PM 37.6 %. The factors that reduce the emissions of pollutants from the exhaust gas of synthetic biodiesel were analyzed. It was confirmed that the synthetic biodiesel with diesel - water - biomass additive was the future development trend of diesel alternative fuels.
