混凝土泵送过程的实质是压力通过水传递后,使混凝土产生部分密实,性能发生变化并产生移动。由此对混凝土可泵性的影响因素和评价指标进行了分析和讨论,并结合工程实例对超高泵送系统进行了施工计算,尤其是对混凝土拌合物性能的泵送损失问题的提出具有较强的现实意义。本文提出的有关超高泵送混凝土施工性能评价的关键控制指标可供相关技术人员参考。
The essence of the concrete pumping process is that after the pressure is transmitted through the water, the concrete is partially dense and its performance changes and moves. The influential factors and evaluation indexes of concrete pumpability are analyzed and discussed. The construction calculation of the ultra-high pumping system is carried out with engineering examples. Especially, the problem of pumping loss of concrete mixture performance is proposed Strong practical significance. The key control indexes for evaluating the construction performance of ultra-high pumping concrete proposed in this paper are available to the relevant technicians for reference.
