为研究各种再生粗骨料取代率下型钢-再生混凝土界面黏结性能,设计11个不同取代率型钢再生混凝土试件进行推出试验。通过试验,观察试件的破坏过程和裂缝发展形态,获取荷载-滑移全过程曲线以及各特征点参数;基于试验数据,分别从黏结强度、滑移特性、界面耗能、黏结抗剪刚度、损伤等角度分析取代率对型钢-再生混凝土界面黏结性能的影响。最后,对11个试件的黏结-滑移(τ-s)曲线进行拟合,得到了型钢再生混凝土界面黏结滑移本构方程,其计算值与试验实测值吻合较好。
In order to study the interfacial bonding behavior of profiled steel-recycled concrete under various replacement rates of recycled coarse aggregate, eleven test specimens of reclaimed concrete with different substitutional ratios were designed and tested. Through the test, the destruction process of the specimen and the crack development morphology were observed, and the whole curve of load-slip process and the parameters of each characteristic point were obtained. Based on the experimental data, the bond strength, slip characteristic, interface energy dissipation, bond shear stiffness, Damage Analysis on the Influence of Substitution Rate on the Bonding Performance of the Section Steel-Recycled Concrete Interface. Finally, the bond-slip (τ-s) curves of eleven specimens are fitted to obtain the bond-slip constitutive equation of the interface of steel reinforced recycled concrete. The calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental ones.
