建筑业要发展成为国民经济的支柱产业,主要经济指标必须达到以下水平。1.建筑总产值占社会总产值的比重要达到12—13％左右。创造总产值的多少,反映了一个部门,一个行业为社会提供物资产品总量的能力,在一定时期内,为社会提供的产品越多,比重越大;实力就越雄厚,在国民经济发展中的地位也就越高。2.建筑业创造的国民收入占全社会国民收入的比重要达到10—12％。西方国家的建筑业之所以成为支柱产业,一个重要原因是为社会创造的物资多、财富大,为社会发展提供了更多的积累。而我们国家的建筑业为社会提供的积累虽然近几年来有了增加,但还没有成为国家财力增加的主要来源。
Construction industry to develop into a pillar industry of national economy, the main economic indicators must reach the following levels. 1. The gross value of construction output accounts for about 12-13% of the total social output. The accumulation provided by the construction industry in our country for society, though increased in recent years, has not yet become the major source of increased state financial resources.
