目的:研究银屑平颗粒对豚鼠银屑病模型的影响。方法:采用心得安乳剂涂抹耳造豚鼠银屑病样模型,银屑平高、中、低剂量ig 2周,处死豚鼠,采用ELISA试剂盒检测豚鼠耳匀浆液中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及细胞间黏附因子(ICAM-1)的含量,并观察其对病理形态学的影响。结果:与正常组比较,模型组豚鼠TNF-α及ICAM-1显著升高(P<0.05),与模型组比较,银屑平颗粒高、中剂量组、甲氨喋呤组TNF-α及ICAM-1显著降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,银屑平高、中、低剂量组对心得安所致的表皮皮损、红肿,皮肤糜烂,角化不全,毛细血管增生扩张等形态学改变有不同程度的改善。结论:银屑平颗粒对银屑病有良好的治疗作用。
Objective: To study the effect of psoriasis granule on guinea pig psoriasis model. Methods: A guinea pig model of psoriasis was applied with propranolol emulsion. Guinea pigs were treated with guinea pig psoriasis at medium and low doses for 2 weeks. The guinea pigs were sacrificed. The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF- α) and intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM-1) levels were observed and their effects on pathomorphology were observed. Results: Compared with the normal group, the levels of TNF-α and ICAM-1 in model group were significantly increased (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the levels of TNF-α and TNF- ICAM-1 was significantly decreased (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the levels of epidermal lesions, swelling, skin erosion, keratosis, capillary proliferation and expansion caused by propranolol Morphological changes have different degrees of improvement. Conclusion: Psoriasis Granules has a good therapeutic effect on psoriasis.
