利用有限元分析方法,模拟计算汽车变速箱用离合器盘TIG焊条件下焊接温度场分布及熔池形态。采用等密度分布体积热源模拟TIG焊时在强电弧作用下所形成的热源。结果表明,采用简化的热源模型,可以实现对TIG焊接温度场分布进行比较准确的预测,为进一步计算残余应力分布和变形打下基础。
Using finite element analysis method, the distribution of the welding temperature field and the shape of the molten pool under the TIG welding condition of the clutch plate for automobile gearbox are simulated. The heat source formed by the strong electric arc is simulated by the isothermal density distribution volumetric heat source simulating TIG welding. The results show that the simplified heat source model can predict the temperature field distribution of TIG welding more accurately and lay the foundation for further calculation of residual stress distribution and deformation.
