本文以重庆市制造企业为研究样本,对影响市场导向程度的因素进行了实证研究。结果表明,市场导向和高层领导的强调、企业报酬制度的导向呈正相关关系;市场导向和企业的规范化程度、集权化程度呈负相关关系;企业的规模对市场导向程度没有显著影响;非国有企业的市场导向程度比国有企业的市场导向程度更高。
In this paper, the manufacturing enterprises in Chongqing as a sample, the factors that affect the degree of market orientation conducted an empirical study. The results show that market-oriented and top-level leaders emphasize that there is a positive correlation between the orientation of the corporate remuneration system and the degree of standardization and centralizedization of the market; the size of the enterprise has no significant influence on the degree of market orientation; that of non-state-owned enterprises The degree of market orientation is higher than the market orientation of state-owned enterprises.
