每个学生有着独特的个性,在学习情感和认知水平等各方面客观上存在着个体差异。素质教育把“为每一个学生发展”作为教育教学最高理念和宗旨,它要求教师要尊重学生的个体差异,创设有利于学生个体发展的环境,使每个学生在原有基础上都得到自由充分的发展。传统教学往往忽视学生学习的个体差异。差异教育,正是贯彻素质教育的有效举措。作为一名数学教育工作者,需要正视并关注学生间的差异,认真探讨学科教学中差异教学的实施策略,努力减小因差异而对学生学习效果产生的影响,
Each student has a unique personality, there are individual differences objectively in all aspects of learning emotion and cognitive level. Quality education regards “developing for every student ” as the highest philosophy and tenet of education and teaching. It requires teachers to respect the individual differences of students and create an environment conducive to the development of individual students so that each student can be freed on the basis of the original Full development.
