目的:检查验收安徽省三级和省级医院CSSD新标准落实情况,进一步推进《医院消毒供应中心管理规范》等3个行业标准的贯彻落实。方法:设计统一的CSSD专项检查验收表格,培训检查验收人员,采取现场检查验收方法。结果:CSSD的建设与管理得到重视,其中90.63%的医院建立、完善了CSSD管理制度和岗位职责,34.38%的医院实行了集中供应和手供一体化管理模式,50%的医院对外来器械进行规范化管理;但仍存在建筑布局欠合理,设施、设备陈旧,2/3的医院手术器械尚未纳入CSSD集中管理,50%的医院缺乏对外来器械监督管理,CSSD从业人员年龄偏大、知识老化,必要设备投入不足,质量控制意识淡薄等问题。结论:全省CSSD管理工作仍需加强。
Objectives: To check the implementation of the new CSSD standards for third and provincial hospitals in Anhui Province, and to further promote the implementation of the three industry standards such as “Management Practices for Hospital Disinfection Supply Center”. Methods: Design a unified CSSD special inspection and acceptance form, training inspection and acceptance personnel, to take on-site inspection and acceptance method. Results: The construction and management of CSSD were valued, of which 90.63% of the hospitals established and improved the CSSD management system and job responsibilities, 34.38% of hospitals implemented the centralized supply and hand-supply integrated management mode, and 50% However, there are still two types of hospital surgical equipment which are not reasonable in terms of layout, outdated facilities and equipment, and two thirds of them have not yet been centrally managed by CSSD. 50% of hospitals lack the supervision and management of foreign instruments, CSSD practitioners are old, knowledge is aging, Inadequate investment in necessary equipment, weak quality control and other issues. Conclusion: CSSD management in the province still needs to be strengthened.
