对有鼻咽阻塞性疾病及两年以上口呼吸史的安氏Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类错患儿40名,用鼻压计测量鼻阻力结合头颅侧位定位片测量鼻咽腔的大小以及牙颌面形态变量以研究上气道通气能力与牙颌面形态的相关性及其可能的作用机制。结果发现:上气道通气能力与面形、特别是下颌位置呈一定的相关关系。提示上气道通气能力下降会引起下颌位置改变而影响牙颌面形态。以此为正畸临床提供诊治依据。
