本文简述了采用反相高效夜相色谱法测定椰油单乙醇酰胺主含量的方法。样品直接用90%甲醇水溶液溶解,在ODSC-18反相住中,用甲酸与水体积比为90比10作为流动相,在波长210nm下检测定量。实验结果表明,该方法的回收率为102%,变异系数为2.7%。本方法具有处理简单、快速、定量准确和重复的特点。
This article briefly describes the method for the determination of the main content of coconut monoethanolamide by RP-HPLC. The sample was directly dissolved in 90% aqueous methanol solution, and the volume ratio of formic acid to water was 90:10 as the mobile phase in ODSC-18 reverse phase. Quantitative detection was carried out at a wavelength of 210 nm. The experimental results show that the recovery rate of this method is 102% and the coefficient of variation is 2.7%. The method has the characteristics of simple, rapid, accurate and repeated processing.
