高校图书馆青年馆员归属感研究具有重要的现实意义。调查分析表明,工作的挑战性、成就感、个人与组织目标的一致性、进修深造机会等是导致高校图书馆青年馆员归属感缺失的重要因素。高校图书馆应当采取切实有效的措施,通过构建“和谐与共享”的组织文化体系、“针对与实效”的培训体系、“创新与发展”的工作体系、“科学与规范”的制度体系,从而提升青年馆员的归属感。
The research on the belonging of college librarians has important practical significance. Survey and analysis shows that the challenges of work, the sense of accomplishment, the consistency of individual and organizational goals, and further study opportunities are the important factors leading to the lack of belonging among college librarians. The university library should take practical and effective measures to establish a “culture of harmony and sharing” organizational culture, a system of training and innovation of “innovation and development”, “science and technology Standard ”system, so as to enhance the sense of belonging of young librarians.
