随着素质教育和新课程改革在中小学的全面推进,我国教育事业又面临着新的发展机遇。班级是实施素质教育和新课程改革的基本单位,班集体既可以成为学生能力发展的摇篮,同时也可成为扼杀学生能力的泥潭。学校教育能否起到理想效果,能否充分调动学生的积极性,很大程度上取决于教师的教育方法,特别是班主任的教育方法。针对中学生心理特点和多年的班主任工作实践,使我体会到在中学班级管理工作中包含善意的心态和采用不同的教育
With the all-around promotion of quality education and new curriculum reform in primary and secondary schools, education in our country is facing new opportunities for development. Class is the basic unit of carrying out quality education and new curriculum reform. Class collective can not only become the cradle of students ’ability development, but also can become a quagmire to stifle students’ abilities. School education can play an ideal effect, can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students, largely depends on the teacher’s education methods, especially the teacher’s education method. Aiming at the psychological characteristics of secondary school students and the practice of class teacher for many years, I have realized that including the goodwill mentality and adopting different education in the management of secondary school classes
