价值工程中的“功能成本法”,是一种用货币直接表现功能的绝对值法,在国外应用非常广泛。但这种方法适用于单一产品方案优劣的比较。而“功能成本综合评价法”,则可结合建筑工程的特点,对不同屋面构造中的功能与成本,分别采取评分和计价,然后加以综合评价,从而为炎热地区选择合理的屋面构造形式,提供了正确的技术决策基础。
