由于对产品美观性越来越高的要求,人们想在塑料上镀上一层装饰性金属,使塑料表面美观耐磨,又经济可靠。我们用真空蒸发的方法在“ABS”塑料表面装饰了金黄色。在试验过程中,我们感到:要得到满意的效果,必须抓住牢度、光亮程度、颜色这三个关键问题。牢度真空蒸发得到的金属层分子与基体分子之间的结合力,不是化学键作用,而是一种物理结合。要使金属分子与基体分子之间结合得好,有两个要必须注意的问题。一是加大蒸发材料分子运动能量(蒸发速率适当;高的真空度;源距适当)。另一个就是对基体适当的加热。
Due to the increasing demand for the aesthetic appearance of products, people want to apply a layer of decorative metal to the plastic to make the plastic surface beautiful and wear-resistant and economical and reliable.
