实施人才强国战略,必须坚持党管人才原则。近年来我国人才事业快速发展,取得了可喜成就,这正是党管人才的硕果。“十二五”时期我国面临更加激烈的国际人才竞争。加快转变发展方式、全面建设小康社会,也对人才工作提出了更高的要求。加强党管人才工作,提高人才工作科学化水平,是当前一项紧迫任务。本期《中国人才》杂志策划专题报道,就加强党管人才工作进行交流探讨。
