在我国国民经济发展中,国有企业占据重要地位,为整个经济发展的关键主体。对于国有企业来说,员工是其得以不断发展的源动力,只有充分调动员工的工作积极性,促使员工全身心的投入到工作中,国有企业才能够高效运行,创造更多的经济效益。在现代企业人力资源管理中,薪酬管理是非常重要的组成部分。国有企业应制定科学的薪酬激励制度,不断激励员工,充分发挥员工的创造性,实现企业与员工的共同发展。本文对薪酬制度概念的阐述,总结了当前国有企业薪酬激励制度方面的不足之处,在深入分析的基础上,提出了完善国有企业薪酬激励制度的有效策略,为国有企业该方面的工作提供有价值的参考资料。
In the development of our national economy, state-owned enterprises occupy an important position and are the key players in the entire economic development.
