我国对在用车排放的检测,以前只是测量发动机怠速时排气中CO、HC的浓度,随着新的汽车排放法规的实施,要求汽车尾气按工况法进行测量。主要研究在用汽油车排放标准中的简易瞬态工况法的测试原理,分析从美国引进的VMAS检测系统的工作原理、结构及优点。试验结果表明:VMAS瞬态测试系统客观的反映三元催化器的转化效率,具有较好的重复性和一致性。
In our country, the detection of vehicle emission is only used to measure the concentration of CO and HC in the exhaust when the engine is idling. With the implementation of the new vehicle emission regulations, the automobile exhaust is required to be measured according to the working condition method. This paper mainly studies the principle, structure and advantages of the VMAS detection system imported from the United States based on the test principle of simple transient condition method in the gasoline vehicle emission standard. The test results show that: VMAS transient test system objectively reflects the conversion efficiency of the three-way catalytic converter, with good repeatability and consistency.
